Alison has also designed and implemented modern onboarding programs, ATS optimization, and talent branding initiatives. Her strategic approach to hiring, combined with hands-on operational excellence, makes her an ideal fit as we scale our AI-powered HR Assistant platform.

Stephen Gregorio

With over three decades of financial leadership experience, Stephen Gregorio is a seasoned CFO who has helped scale numerous high-tech companies from growth-stage through successful exits. His career includes leading a company through a successful IPO, managing post-IPO operations, and executing multiple M&A transactions from both the buy and sell sides.

Known for his operational depth and strategic insight, he has overseen Finance, Accounting, Rev Ops, Legal, HR, IT, and Facilities functions, often serving as in-house general counsel to negotiate complex customer, partner, and channel agreements. Over the course of his career, Stephen has raised over $1 billion in capital through equity, debt, and strategic sales. His notable achievements include the $565M sale of Black Duck to Synopsys in 2017 and the acquisition of XebiaLabs by TPG in 2020.

With a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset, Stephen Gregorio brings a wealth of expertise in capital raises, recapitalizations, and governance to support growing SaaS and AI-driven businesses.

Hirvita Kabariya

Sarthak Sonawane

Sarthak is a data analytics engineering graduate student at Northeastern University with a strong interest in generative AI and applied automation. Through coursework, personal projects, and participation in hackathons, he has explored how AI-driven workflows can be designed to solve practical, real-world problems.

Motivated by firsthand exposure to the challenges HR teams face – particularly the stress of managing large candidate volumes – Sarthak joined Intelligent DataWorks to help build solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency for HR professionals.

As an intern, he is focused on applying his academic training in a real-world environment, gaining hands-on industry experience while contributing to intelligent, scalable workflows that help organizations work smarter.

Gnanasudharsan Ashokumar

Gnanasudharsan is a data analytics engineering professional with a strong focus on applied AI, intelligent automation, and data-centric systems. He brings experience designing end-to-end data pipelines, orchestrating automated analytics workflows, and delivering insights through scalable, cloud-based solutions.

With a particular interest in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Gnanasudharsan enjoys working at the intersection of data, engineering, and real-world problem solving, where ideas evolve into production-ready systems.

At Intelligent DataWorks, he supports the development of GenAI-driven workflows that integrate business data, automate HR-related processes, and emphasize reliable outcomes through thoughtful, human-in-the-loop design.

Sachin Shet 

Sachin is a data engineering professional with production experience building ETL pipelines and a growing focus on AI-powered data applications. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering at Northeastern University, Sachin specializes in cloud data platforms, pipeline orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

Prior to joining Intelligent DataWorks, he built large-scale data pipelines processing daily telecom data across Azure and Snowflake and contributed to AI-driven applications, including a RAG-based financial knowledge system built with Pinecone, FastAPI, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Drawn to the challenge of turning complex data into accessible, actionable insights, he joined the Intelligent DataWorks team to help build intelligent, production-ready systems that power the AssistX platform.

Sriram Kannepalli

Sriram is a data-driven professional with over a decade of experience in analytics, automation, and process optimization. Having worked with organizations like Oracle and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), he has built scalable solutions that improve efficiency and support data-informed decisions.

Now pursuing a Master’s in Analytics at Northeastern University, Sriram is expanding his expertise in AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling to tackle real-world business challenges.

Drawn to Intelligent DataWorks’ vision of using generative AI to enhance productivity, he joined the team to apply his skills in creating intelligent, practical solutions that help organizations work smarter.

Smit Chandi

Smit’s passion for logic and structured problem-solving naturally led him to computer science and, ultimately, to the field of artificial intelligence. His studies in data science at Northeastern University deepened this interest, focusing on generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and re-ranking models.

Through hands-on projects like Finance RAG and BnbLens, Smit demonstrated a practical approach to AI, building end-to-end data pipelines and fine-tuning models for domain-specific use cases.

At Intelligent DataWorks, he contributes as a Data Engineer and AI Developer, where he applies advanced AI techniques to solve real business problems—bridging the gap between theory and practice while continuing to refine his expertise in applied AI.

Shreyas Sreenivas

Shreyas Sreenivas has been a tech enthusiast since childhood, with a passion for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. This interest led to a Master’s in Data Analytics Engineering from Northeastern University, where they gained invaluable knowledge in both academics and real-world applications.

Drawn to Intelligent DataWorks’ mission of leveraging GenAI and data to drive efficiency across industries, Shreyas joined the team to apply his expertise to solving real-world problems. Inspired by the vision and passion of IDW’s founders, he see the company as the perfect place for both professional and personal growth.

Ganesh Aravind Harkude is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His passion for technology lies in its ability to solve real-world problems, with a particular interest in using data to uncover impactful solutions.

Ganesh was drawn to Intelligent DataWorks for its innovative and forward-thinking culture, as well as the team’s commitment to driving meaningful change across industries. Jennifer is one of Intelligent DataWorks AI spokespeople and has a technical background that is second to none. Her deep understanding of Python, LangChain, and PostgreSQL are always keeping the technical team on their toes.
